Measuring

1. We will gladly come to your home and measure for your countertops to insure a proper fit.   
2. Professional templates – If walls are out of square, or you have a unique kitchen design, we will customize a template to fit.  Most remodeling templates can be measured and designed without removing your tops during the production process.

Tear Out and Installation

1. We use company personnel for our installation services.  We do not subcontract.
2. We will keep you informed throughout the productions and installation process.
3. We will call in advance to set up a convenient time to come out and install.

Delivery

1. We provide a curbside delivery service for countertops if you prefer to install them yourself. The solid surface countertops have to be installed by Walsh Tops in order to comply with the manufacturers warranty.

Lead Times

1. We have shorter lead times.   Lead times for laminate countertops vary depending on the industry workload.  Please contact us to discuss current lead times.

Specialty Items

1. If you have a special situation or circumstance, please feel free to contact our office. We will work with you to design and fabricate the item you are interested in having made.

Warranty

1. The solid surface materials we use comes with an at least a 10 year manufacturer’s warranty. Some solid surface materials come with a 15 year warranty
2. Our laminate countertops come with a one year limited warranty.
3. Quartz products come with a 10 year warranty.
